TikTok Data: By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize us to access and analyze:

  • Your follower count, following count, and engagement metrics
  • Your publicly available content data

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

No Guarantees: SponsorWizard provides information about potential sponsorship opportunities based on data analysis. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will receive sponsorships from any brands shown
  • The accuracy or completeness of sponsorship data
  • That brands are currently accepting new partnerships
  • Any specific outcomes from using the Service

Third-Party Relationships: SponsorWizard is not affiliated with the brands shown in the Service. Any sponsorship agreements are between you and the brands directly.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
